Primer lugar en Microsoft Copa Kodu 2011

Hoy domingo 4 de diciembre, mi estudiante Stephen, ganó el primer lugar en la Copa Kodu al diseñar su primer juego Salvando el bosque de la contaminación. Su premio un Xbox 360 y un premio en metálico. El objetivo del juego era rescatar el bosque de la contaminación. La Academia San Ignacio ganó un taller sobre como utilizar Kodu. El mismo estará dirigido a todos los maestros de la escuela. Gané una computadora Sony Vaio por ser la maestra que inspiró al estudiante a utilizar y someter su juego a la competencia.

As your local Microsoft Partners in Learning Manager (CC’d) may have shared, thepurpose of the Partners in Learning Institute is togrow innovative teaching and learning practices around the world through a cadre of teacher- trainers who will take what they’ve learned out to their communities to teach and coach other educators in effective teaching strategies for the 21st century. The Institute’s content will cover how to create learning activities that increase 21st century skills, how to use Information Communication Technology to support learning, and the application of specific Microsoft tools in a learning environment.
As one of 30 educators from around the world, you will have a special opportunity to practice your new skills by leading groups of educators on “Learning Excursions” – a series of visits to dynamic locations where the group will produce learning activities. In addition, you will be able to attend the Partners in Learning Global Forum – an annual event celebrating the world’s most innovative educators.
